January 23, 2012	Zebor Technology strenghtens its team Zebor Technology added a new perspective into its team by including Haider Hayee, from Singapore to help Zebor Technology in it's product development. With a background in Electrical Engineering and Technopreneurship from National University of Singapore, one of the finest universitites in Asia, Zebor aims to use Haider's fresh insights and visions into Zebor's products and business development. Zebor Technology hopes that with having a talented young and enthusiatic mind into the team will help them take a step futether in reaching out to its target audience and better customzing its products to their needs.

December 22, 2011	Zebor Technology announces a successful financial round Zebor technology has received financing for 2 740 000 SEK in new capital from its existing shareholders, among them are Cueva Holdings, Sting Capital and Berth-Olof Bergman. Zebor expects this new capital to secure financing for the upcoming launch of the new generation ZBIOS product in Q1 2012. Another financing round is expected to take place after launch in Q2 2012
April 07, 2011	Zebor Technology sets up operation in Asia Zebor Tecnhology sets up operation in Asia. Gustaf Sandmark, located in Shanghai, is appointed as business development manager for the Asian market. Gustaf will primarily be focusing his activies to Chinese and Taiwanese markets where his experience in working with PC-board manufacturers will be critical for Zebor Technology's future success.
March 21, 2011	Report from shareholders meeting in Zebor Technology Today Zebor held a shareholders meeting, where 90,11 % of the shareholders were present and where the following is a summary of the decisions taken at the meeting. Björn Berg was elected to be substitute Board member replacing Lars Österberg, in addition to the existing Board consisting of Berth-Olof Bergman, Chairman and Magnus Rehn, regular member. The shareholders decided to make a share issue to finance the planned fast growth of Zebor Technology, and gave the Board of Directors a mandate to issue up to 72 727 new shares (today there are 151 511 shares issued) on best possible conditions. The notice period when calling shareholders meetings was changed to between 2 and 6 weeks. All decisions was taken unanimously
March 03, 2011	Zebor Technology plans fastest Linux kernel Zebor Technology starts porting its super-fast operating system to become the fastest Linux-kernel on the market. Zebor Technology has started a project to make a fast Linux-kernel and has engaged Zhang Ruoxi and Lei Liang to lead the project in the initial pilot phase.
February 21, 2011	Zebor Technology announces to strengthen its Board of Directors Zebor Technology announces its plans to strengthens its Board of Directors. Björn Berg is an experienced investor and leader of high-tech companies and has worked as R&D manager, CEO and Chairman of companies in the embedded industry. Björn will plan to join the board that oversees Zebor Technology's finances, policies and procedures, programming, and strategic planning.
February 04, 2011	Zebor Technology launches the new ZBIOS® with full ACPI support. Zebor Technology releases a new version of its high-performance BIOS, ZBIOS. The new version has full ACPI support and boots all standard operating systems, such as Windows 7, Windows XP Embedded and Linux. The boot time for this version of the BIOS has been measured to be 1.3 seconds on a PC-board running an Intel Atom N270 cpu.
January 18, 2011	Zebor Technology bags contract for high-performance BIOS to boot Windows XP Zebor Technology wins contract with an industrial customer who will integrate Zebor Technology's new, high-performance BIOS, that boots in just one second, and that will now boot any operating system, in this case Windows XP Embedded.
